I ordered 2 dishes onsite (not by phone) last Friday evening at 6pm. My food came out in less than 15 mins.
1) Salt and pepper squid
I thoroughly enjoyed the salt and pepper squid. It was crispy and delicious.
However, it wasn't always like this (it used to be really mushy). They must have upgraded their kitchen staff/ingredients.
2) Orange beef
The orange beef's taste is average...No better nor worse than other restaurants. BUT the portions are super huge! Depending on how much you eat, you can easily make 4-6 meals out of this.
Good price too. I suggest pickup at the counter, as opposed to delivery. They get too many delivery orders, causing a delay on the arrival of your food. -

Took more than 1 hour and 35 minutes for my delivery to be there. we ordered 4 dishes only two were ok (chow mein and beef with ginger) the other two were not good at all rice noodles with beef and red curry shrimps. Waste of time and money.

I only order for delivery at Winncie when I have nothing to eat at home. The delivery takes about 30 min to an hour of wait to arrive. The quality is okay for the quantity of food you have. The cost is worth it, the portion is huge and I can separate the food into two to three portions. As for the taste, it is okay, nothing special.

One of my prefer place for Chinese food on the South Shore! The place is very clean with all sort of different authentic Chinese food!

Good food for a good price. I tried the general Tao and we asked the not spice one.
